6 Days Fly-in & Fly-out Midrange North Serengeti Safari

You will be picked up from your accommodation in Zanzibar by a private transfer and catch your flight at Zanzibar airport and fly straight to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, you will be met by one of our representatives who will brief you and then continue with your game drive. Lunch will be served inside the park and after that you will drive straight to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

You will be picked up from your accommodation at the central Serengeti and drive to the northern Serengeti to follow the great migration. Stretching from Seronera for about 100 km, the Northern Serengeti is a gently rolling countryside broken by small rivers, occasional hills, and kopjes. A multitudinous permanent population of wildlife resides here. There are also very striking geological occurrences such as the beautiful Lobo Kopje. The Northern Serengeti is an interesting and varied country that is far from the park's main entry point in the south hence receiving fewer visitors.

The migration is found in this area during August and we may with luck witness the most spectacular of river crossings as the herd attempt to cross the Mara River and avoid the strong currents and hungry crocodiles.
Lunch will be served inside the park and after that you will drive straight to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Accommodation: Mara Heritage Camp

 Meals: Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Early morning after breakfast at your accommodation on the northern Serengeti, you will head out for a full day game drive following the great migration. Hundreds of thousands of desperate wildebeest gather together on the banks of the river, gazing wistfully across the turbulent water at the green grass on the other side but no animal will make a move. All it takes is one brave wildebeest to take the literal plunge and, then, they all follow! The animals that do successfully avoid the awaiting crocodile jaws and make it over the river are rewarded with the lush green grazing grass of the Masai Mara.

You will spend a total of 3 nights on the northern Serengeti at our carefully selected tented camp.

After breakfast at your tented camp, you will head out to the central Serengeti whereby you will drive for approximately 2hours. You will have lunch on your way during game drive. In the late afternoon, you will drive straight to your accommodation for dinner and overight stay.

After breakfast, your driver will drive you to the airstrip in Serengeti to catch your flight to Zanzibar Airport which marks the end of your epic adventure.
